An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a well established blue chip organisation based at their clients’ site in North West London.
You will provide all administrative duties. You will manage the incoming calls, the stock levels and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft products. You will have excellent organisational skills, numeracy skills and be PC literate. You will have the ability to collate information and compile reports on the call logging system.
Hours of work will be shift based between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
This is a contract position covering maternity leave. Initially will be a 3 month contract extending to a possible 6 months.
